B.A.B Pet Store makes returns simple with a flexible 30-day return policy. You’ll need your receipt or B.A.B Pet Store Pet Club number to get a refund. B.A.B Pet Store allows for the return or exchange of opened food items and products without the tags attached. For all of the details of the B.A.B Pet Store return policy, see below.

B.A.B Pet Store Return Policy

B.A.B Pet Store accepts returns on most items within 30 days. If you have your receipt, you’ll be refunded the amount to your original payment method. Without the receipt, you can still get a refund if you’re a member of the B.A.B Pet Store. 

For items like toys, collars, and pet clothes, returns are accepted with or without the tags attached. If the item is in resellable condition and you still have the tags, bring them with you so the store can reattach them.

Opened pet food and treats can be returned or exchanged at B.A.B Pet Store. Some stores may only offer exchanges on opened food items. Whether you’re returning or exchanging, the package will need to be at least 50 to 75% full.

B.A.B Pet Store accepts all returns, including open items and items without tags, within 30 days of purchase. Having your original receipt will help your return go smoothly, but it isn’t required.
